    Please note the reason for your visit in the subject line and the date of your visit in the message body.

  • 01 : Membership is $1,000 per month, due on the first of each month.

    02 : The minimum length of membership is one-year. Membership is automatically renewed at the end of each year, unless cancelled 30-days prior to the end of the year.

    03 : Members have 24/7 access to the DO:BETTER shop and are expected to treat it as their own. Any damages caused by a member, or damages that occur at a member-hosted event, will be charged directly to that member.

  • A DO:BETTER membership can only be cancelled 30-days prior to the end of the annual membership term. Should a membership require early cancelation, the member will be charged 80% of the monthly fee for each month remaining on their esidting membership term.

  • There is designated parking for all DO:BETTER members at the rear of the shop. There is also free parking for visitors and clients on the premises.

  • We do offer a multi-media conference area, complete with seating for up to 10 people.

    We also have several separate working areas for private conversations, or meetings.

  • Yes! Returns are accepted within 30 days from the day the order was placed.

    Visit our contact page and send us a message. Include your ORDER # in the email subject line and indicate the item(s) you would like to return in the body of the message. Please detail the reason for the return. Items must be new and unworn/unwashed.

  • We are only able to exchange items for a different color/size of the same item.

  • Once your order has been submitted, we can cancel your order prior to shipping. After the order has been shipped, an order can not be cancelled and must be returned.

    To cancel an order (prior to shipping notification): Visit our contact page and send us a message. Include your ORDER # in the email subject line and indicate the item(s) you would like to cancel in the body of the message. Please detail the reason for the cancellation.

    To return an order: Visit our contact page and send us a message. Include your ORDER # in the email subject line and indicate the item(s) you would like to return in the body of the message. Please detail the reason for the return. Items must be new and unworn/unwashed.

  • All members of DO:BETTER can sell their products in the DO:BETTER store, free of charge.

    Non-members can contact us to schedule a time to pitch their products for sale in our Ann Arbor location and website store.
